With a combined experience of over 50 years in the hospitality industry, our journey is rooted in a deep passion for food, service, and the desire to make a positive impact on the industry we love.

Our founder, a classically trained chef, has spent over 25 years mastering the art of catering and earning numerous awards along the way. From working in bars and restaurants to launching successful concepts and managing a portfolio of 16 restaurants and kitchen for an industry leading luxury resort company, the dedication to quality and creativity has always been the driving force behind this career. However, as the industry has evolved, so too have the challenges we face. One of the most pressing issues today is the shift of chefs from full-time positions to agency work, combined with a worrying decline in new talent entering the industry. This has created significant staffing gaps that are difficult to fill.

Recognizing these challenges, we’ve made it our mission to help businesses overcome them by focusing on one of the most critical factors for success: the selection of quality staff.
